Rent Our Studio
Hitchcock Studios is located in 305 Mill Street, Occoquan, Virginia. The space is 400 sf (roughly 31' x 13') with gorgeous views of the Occoquan River and lush foliage. This space is ideal for workshops, classes, meetings, seminars, and small gatherings.

- 6 wooden tables (46" x 29") which can be joined together or used separately
- 18 comfortable white chairs
- Large prep counter
- Water Cooler with cold and hot (child-safe)
- Adjustable AC/Heat specific to this space
- Newly remodeled restroom
- Outdoor porch area
- General Crafting Supplies (available for use during rental, with advance permission): black aprons, low temp glue guns (must bring own glue sticks), scissors, pencils, wooden 12" rulers. Please confirm availability when reserving your date.
