Returns & Exchanges

Brand new, unopened items in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase, for store credit only. Returns may be made in person at our shop at 125 Mill Street, Occoquan, VA or by mail. Shipping costs for returns are at the customers expense.

Pre-ordered items, holiday, dated calendars/planners, special order, and sale items are not eligible for return.

All custom orders are final. This includes original design orders from Hitchcock Paper Co. or special orders of stock products. 

Workshops & Classes

Workshop tickets are nonrefundable, expect in the instance where Hitchcock Paper Co. cancels the class or moves it to a date where the original ticket holder cannot attend.

We understand that last minute sickness and obligations can occur. If we are able to re-sell the original ticket holders seat, a full refund will be provided.

Pre-Orders

If an order includes preorder item(s), we will hold all products within that order, until all preorder item(s) are available to ship. To avoid in-stock products being held, we suggest making two orders - one with preorder items and one with in-stock items.

Pre-orders are not subject to returns or refunds.

Sales Tax

Buyers in Virginia will be subject to sales tax in accordance with state laws.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders ship from Occoquan, Virginia. Orders placed by 3:00pm ET are typically shipped same day. East coast packages typically arrive in 1-2 days (UPS Ground or Priority Mail). Packages for the south, mid-west and west coast can take 3-6 business days depending on the location. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

International

We currently ship to select non-US countries. Please be aware, we cannot control how long USPS or UPS takes to get to your country, nor are we responsible for duties or customs fees.

Designs created by Hitchcock Creative Inc., Hitchcock Paper Co., and Sarah Hitchcock Burzio are owned by Hitchcock Creative Inc. We retain all rights to custom artwork, including commissioned pieces. Artwork and images may not be reproduced, resold, or used in any form without written consent.

Artwork by Hitchcock Creative Inc. or artwork sold in Hitchcock Paper Co. by any other artist may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.
