Single Deck Playing Cards - Fungi
Bring the fascinating world of natural history to card games with the Fungi Playing Cards, designed by Roomytown in their studio in Bath, UK. This single deck includes 52 standard cards plus 2 jokers, each featuring detailed mushroom and fungi illustrations sourced from a 19th-century French natural history volume. Carefully restored and reimagined, the artwork celebrates the intricate forms, earthy colours, and quiet beauty of the forest floor.
The reverse of each card features a marbled pattern inspired by the decorative endpapers found inside Victorian books, adding a richly nostalgic detail to the deck. Presented in a premium pull-drawer box with gold foil accents, these playing cards make a distinctive gift for nature lovers, foragers, gardeners, and anyone drawn to vintage-inspired design. Ideal for family games, evenings with friends, or displaying on a coffee table, they bring a touch of curiosity and old-world charm to everyday moments.
